Second Quality Angel Back Playing Cards

A word of explanation here, before we get started; many different decks manufactured by the New York Consolidated Card Co. were offered with Angel Backs, including Bee and Squeezers.  In addition to those offerings, the company also offered No. 35 Angel Back Squeezers Playing Cards. 

The illustration to the left is taken from Hoyle's Rules for Card Games, specifically, the 1928 edition published by the New York Consolidated Card Co., Long Island City, N.Y.

Note that the ace of spades reads both "Consolidated Card Company" and "Samuel Hart & Co."
